Tamara Acuña

Tamara Acuña Carranza, a filmmaker from Cuernavaca, born in 1993, trained in direction and scriptwriting at institutions such as CCC and CUEC since 2014. At Pimienta Films she worked on feature films. She attended a master's degree in acting direction in Cuba in 2019. She post-produces "Al interior del Fuego", her documentary debut that will arrive in 2024. She fuses magic, fantasy and realism in her work. Her passion lies in visualizing and giving life to her imaginary universes since her childhood. Tamara loves to think that: “Blessed are the crazy, because theirs will be the kingdom of dreams.”
